(Modularized Nacelle) – Floors, Roof, Dome, skylight, transformer guide rail.• Understanding the requirements of the product. (Software – Visure)• Developing VOC, VOA, and Skeleton of the product/assembly along with Architectural team and got the space claim approved for the sub-module inside the turbine architecture.• Detail Design of the product/assembly for production.• Aligning with product life cycle stakeholders for (Construction, Service, Manufacturing & Assembly etc.) fulfill the needs.• Aligning with supplier and involving them in initial phase of the design, getting some design proposal for cost and ease of production.• Review the supplier 2D Drawing.• Creating the BOM using PDM tool (Windchill)• Creating and Releasing the Design CN (Change Notice) to SAP.• Doing Fire & HSE Risk Assessment with HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) team.• Doing Design Description of the sub-module.• Creating the TPS (Technical Purchase Specification), TSS(Technical Supplier Specification)• Involved in Scrum setup (Agile methodology) Project – On shore 6MW turbine (Generator brake team)• Responsible for New product development and implementation of Wind turbine Generator brake system and condition monitoring system of gearbox.• Single point contact for wind turbine Powertrain (PTR) business support task towards find out design change solution for the problem created in production side. • Design the Sheetmetal panels for CMS box and generator panels.• Selection of fasteners.• Creating and Releasing the Design CN (Change Notice) to SAP.

• Responsible for 5S in production line for LCV (Light commercial vehicle) unit.• Responsible for production planning includes the man and material handling. • Responsible for assembly quality for LCV gate 1&36.• Process improvement in assembly line therefore create an issue (CR needed).• Responsible new vehicle production plan (Truck and CNG vehicle) and creating the new process plan for LHD (Left hand drive) vehicle. • Prepare the Assembly instruction manual for trimline side using Creo viewer

• Receiving the customer vehicle and explain the service based on the issue – Free Service/Paid service/running repair.• Test drive with customer to understand/know the complaint.• Responsible for 5S and Post-free follow ups.• Coordinate and split up the work to the technician.• Advise the customer for right periodic and running repair service
