• Leading the Regulatory Reporting team, managing the deliverables and resource planning. • Understanding and analyzing the requirements by having a walkthrough with Business Analysts on regulatory reports specification.• Conducting brain storming sessions within the development and testing team for every report.• Tracking queries raised by team, discussing the queries with business analysts/SME and following up until its closure.• Developing and reviewing test plan from the reports specification.• Execution of test cases based on the test plan and raising defects and monitoring the defects until its closure.• Conducting scrum meetings during analysis/development/execution phase with client to discuss about the defects and the status of the project.• Maintaining KANBAN boards for agile projects to monitor sprint progress and delivery. • Providing the project metrics to the project team as well as management as and when required.• Supporting Business Analysts on the User Acceptance Testing with Environment set up and Data preparation• Providing support to Product consultants during Implementation of the framework configurations at customer site
