Additionally, I have completed a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Silver Oak University. With three years of experience as a system administrator at Wipra Worldwide and one year as an IT specialist at Fanshawe College, I have honed core competencies in troubleshooting, provisioning, and installing software and hardware, while adhering to established security policies and best practices.At Wipra Worldwide, I collaborated with users to identify areas for improved usability, implemented crucial security and functionality patches, and developed network specifications while analyzing workflow, access, information, and security requirements. Additionally, my tenure at Fanshawe College equipped me with hands-on experience troubleshooting internet and cable services, managing email accounts, and utilizing Citrix for secure remote access. Moreover, I possess expertise in Watchguard and Fortinet systems, email migration, and production data migration.
