1) Responsible for smooth functioning of finishing department & setting up production targets &achieve the same within time by generating minimum amount of waste in shift.2) Responsible for caring out Quality checks such as Poroscope test, Splice test, Core moisture test& Pinhole test.3) Responsible for Planning of products on machines according to the Priority given by manager atthe same time making it sure that it is delivered to warehouse before the given time period.4) Manage and execute Shift schedule of slitting and packing department.5) Manage Man power handling in shift.6) Plan and coordinate the activities in shift.7) Manages resources effectively to ensure maximum up time, quality and maximum productivity.8) Responsible for productivity, quality performance, health & safety in shift.9) Troubleshoot problem with maintenance team to reduce breakdown in shift.10) Creating Internal Scripts for various OPL, SOP, Processes, Data Creation and Schedule activities toimprove efficiency and delivery.11) Work closely with operators in shift.12) Develop team to solve & trouble shoot day to day operational issues.13) Prepare Quality related trainings materials to Employee.14) Building Knowledge and providing Training to new employees with important information &resources to address individual learning style.15) Participate in internal audits16) Worked with teams effectively to provide successful results.
