Through a detailed market analysis, I pinpointed competitors' strategies and selling points, guiding Ninjamas to leverage P&G's technological prowess while distinctly positioning itself beyond the baby stage. My strategic focus was on differentiating Ninjamas with a unique narrative and innovative solutions for children and their parents.To secure a 25% market share and achieve 100% brand awareness by end of 2024, I crafted a focused marketing plan. This included a multi-targeted communication strategy, optimized in-store presence, and engaging promotion tactics to encourage product trial. Emphasizing societal impact, I proposed strategies for Ninjamas to lead the conversation on bedwetting, using design, partnerships, and media to destigmatize the condition and foster community support, positioning Ninjamas as a pivotal player in child wellness and societal change.My team and I were proclaimed winner in our cohort.
