Basic knowledge of software like Auto cad and other drawing software Procurement of various piping, pumps, mechanical structure and other utility equipment’s based on requirement, application and quality standards.  Preparing and monitoring budget and keeping track of cash flow.  Exploring and finalizing supplier for equipment like Air Compressor, Strainer, Pumps, pipes and mechanical construction work of piping and structure. Cost analysis of the product to match the actual value of its price. Review P&ID, SLD, PFD, piping & equipment lay out, GAD and detail drawing. Sorting out site issues & trouble-shooting duration execution & commissioning. Procuring & planning for execution of water treatment plant for boiler feed makeup water (DM Water).

Working within the Production, Process control & Quality Department reporting to Technical Director. Providing metallurgical support for manufacturing product and process activity related to stainless steel and alloy steel ingot/continues casting including material testing activity. Reviewing and Approval of order related to Technical Inquiry. Identify & implement projects that reduce costs and improve process yields, productivity, and quality. Support the Quality Department on customer problems / Complains.  Handling Queries Regarding process variance. Communicate with international Visitors and customers. Carry out metallurgical investigations to help provide root cause failure analysis and drive corrective actions Man Power Schedule. Discuss and review weekly and monthly MOM with department heads to achieve production target, to minimize customer complain. Reporting to MD for process related issues. Provide support to; suppliers, sourcing, quality, manufacturing and engineering.
