After my passionate work as a marketing member at E-Club as a coordinator, within eight months, I was promoted to lead of the Marketing and Publicity domain. This was the fastest growth of any coordinator-to-lead at E-Club so far. Here are a couple of achievements as a lead for 6months in the clubI was the first lead in history to come up with an SOP for all operations and teamwork. We came up with a monthly schedule where we will have to work with the cross-function teams on design, content, etc., to bring more productivity and efficiency to the team. My team, under my leadership, was able to conduct two Open Idea Pitching Day Sessions with record-breaking numbers of 149 and 87 registrations, which are the highest in the last three years. In contrast, the 3rd highest stands out at 33 registrations in the previous year. The marketing Team in the 2023-24 cohort also stands out to be the most active team among all the 11 teams, which displayed our dedication, and the number of hours we put at work was more than what was asked.

As a coordinator at E-Club, I was a crucial player in the marketing team, where I was exposed to students from diverse fields across the campus, which excited me to learn, ideate, and work. Looking at my enthusiasm and passion for marketing, I was given the role of POC for offline marketing, where I should be dealing with all the marketing and promotional activities of any event organized by E-Club. This role put forward a lot of challenges like team coordination, planning, organizing, and strategizing different ways to promote the event among the student community at GITAM University. Since all of our events are related to Entrepreneurship and our club's motive is to foster and promote Entrepreneurial spirit among the students, our events. However, they gained less traction and opened many opportunities to experiment with different marketing strategies, making our marketing game stronger, healthier, and more organic.
