Providing Technical Support to Onshore units in the Northern Sea of UK:- Estimating Greenhouse Gases emitted during flaring events through UNISIM and working for their reduction.- Daily monitoring and optimization of Onshore Assets. Attend weekly Alarm review meetings to reduce standing alarms and operate assets safely.- Updating critical documentation like P&ID, Process Safeguarding Memorandum, Process Safety Flow Scheme, etc as part of MoC closeout.- Performing line sizing and hydraulic calculations for EPC projects.- Developed PowerBI dashboard for generating auto alerts to monitor the frequency of Molecular Sieve bed's regeneration.

- Implementation of Process Optimization and Quality management modules. Hands-on experience with tools like Process Mapping, Capability analysis, SPC and Control charts, FMEA, Value Stream Mapping, Cost of Poor Quality, Kaizen and 5S. Conducted an experiment to determine the variation of different parameters like Total acidity, Free Acidity and Phase density during Extraction process.
