Developing (bio) polymers, based on sustainable chemistries such as CO2 adsorption (direct air capture (DAC), pyrolysis oil upgrading, electro chemistry or for any chemical conversions, it is necessary to have equipment that can represent industrial / refinery experience within lab foot print and using nano reactors for better catalytic experience. This can be a first step in screening several catalysts for sustainable chemistries or performing catalytic conversion with chosen catalysts. As a project lead, I am leading projects to develop custom made units together with internal and external stakeholders. I lead all the steps from the lead development stage till the unit is delivered at location with a successful site acceptance tests (SAT). Managing a project team of 4-8 people (Process engineers, mechanical engineers, analysts, assemblers, subject matter experts) and budget up to 2 million euros per project by contributing to the revenue of BU. My key stakeholders are Business developers, VP, Team leads and Directors. Mostly adopting PM skills based on PMBOK (waterfall) and change management approach. Show less
