Diagnostics It Support Technician
Current- Delivering 1st and 2nd Line Support for Diagnostic Analyzers, significantly enhancing customer satisfaction and operational performance - Execution of seemless project RollOut of Diagnostics Equipment, driving efficiency and improving workflows across multiple hospital sites.- Provide Desktop Support for Diagnostics Head Office Users, ensuring rapid issue resolution and continuity of services.- Collaboration with multiple vendors to uphold Service Level Agreements (SLAs). minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity within the business.- Ensuring maximum uptime on all Analysers across multiple Hospital Sites, Regional Laboratories and the Main Laboratory, optimizing Diagnostics capabilities.- Basic Management of Network Infrastructure (CAT6, Aruba Switches, Aruba Access Points) to maintain robust connectivity.- Tasked to Oversee stock control of IT Equipment, ensuring operational readiness and resource availability.- Provide 24 Hours Support to Doctors and Site Users for Laboratory Information System (LIS) and 3rd Party Vendor Applications.
