CurrentLOOKING AFTER AND TAKE CARE OF ENTIRE OFFICE CUM GUEST HOUSE (now converted to only office),FILLING OF ALL OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS (HARD COPY AS WELL AS SOFT COPY IN SYSTEM), IMPORTANT CORRESPONDANCE TO CLIENT VIA MAIL AND PHONE CALLS, PREPARING MONTLY BUDGET OF THE OFFICE, PAYMENT OF ALL BILLS, MAINTAIN DAILY ATTENDANCE OF THE STAFFS AND SEND TO HR FOR PROCESSING, REDUCING MONTHLY COST AND BUDGET, ARRANGEMENT OF RENTED VEHICLE WITH BEST REDUCED COST, PREPARING DAILY ACTIVITY SHEETS OF TEAMLEADER,ENGINEERS AND SEND TO TL/CLIENT, MANAGE CONTRACTS/VENDORS AND PRICE NEGOTIATIONS FOR OFFICE LEASE/RENT, PRICE NEGOTIATION AND PURCHASING OFFICE EQUIPMENT , VISIT TO KMDA OFFICE FOR SUBMISSION OF IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS AND MAINTAINING GOOD RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN KMDA AND COMPANY, INVOLVING TO NEW PROJECTS AND CARRY OUT ALL THE RESPONSIBILITIES AND ROLES ASSIGN FROM HIGHER.
