Worked with the Department of Education, Government of Rajasthan on flagship programs in elementary and secondary education. My role involved designing implementation roadmaps for the government, piloting interventions and ensuring effective monitoring of the same. • Developed an online platform to facilitate crowd-funding for public education. Spearheaded state-wide funding campaign managing 100+ officials to raise $600K + in the first five days.• Analyzed existing parental engagement initiatives across 60K government schools, designed and implemented interventions impacting over 660K parents and improving parental engagement by 65%.
