As a recent BBA HR graduate with a passion for people management and employee development, I am excited to start my career in the field of human resources. During my studies, I gained hands-on experience through handling college annual fests and functions, whiling acting as an anchor in event and performance management of candidates. These experiences allowed me to develop skills in conducting interviews, designing training programs, and conducting talent search programs.
