Ensured timely availability of stock, invoicing, incentive pay out and deliveries to distributors across U.P. & Uttarakhand.

Oversaw retail business operations, commercial negotiations, procurement, budgeting, accounting, payable, costing, Inventory & profitability on a monthly basis, for 22 broadband retail outlets in U.P. & Uttarakhand. Key driver in monitoring costs vis-à-vis Annual Operating Plan (AOP) figures. Pioneered auto payments in SAP FICO at Circle level to ensure rent payment of 265 properties by 10th of each month, reducing processing time by 15 days. Ensuring timely finalisation of financial statement & various tax returns. Forecasting, planning, managing inventory & risks due to price drop, obsolescence etc. Led the migration of rent payments for 126 retail-outlets to SAP Real Estate Module Contracts. Entered into strategic sourcing tie up with Nokia distributor Brightpoint for 22 retails stores.

Successfully oversaw "Procure 2 Pay" execution, with necessary compliance, for 2 major projects across the states of UP and Uttrakhand: 1) Phase II Network expansion which increased the reach of services of 250 additional towns.2) Roll out of 104 new Web World Express retail outlets for servicing subscribers.

Gorakhpur was one of the first 110 towns in India & 15 in UP, where services were launched As Cluster Commercial Head established Finance & Accounts, Supply Chain Management, Customer Service Desk, Banking, Back Office & Revenue Assurance operations from scratch. Achieved highest revenue collections against outstanding all over India in September 2005.

Under deputation to RIL (Reliance Industries Ltd.) oversaw Land acquisition for Retail Fuel Outlets in 3 districts of UP (west)

Successfully oversaw Land acquisition for BTS (Base Transceiver Stations) under Phase I Network Roll-out, in UP (west) & Uttarakhand, 15 days before deadline and within budget

Analysing the effectiveness of Supply Chains vis-à-vis contracts & procurement costs.Conducting audit of Client’s vendor transactions, to support recovery efforts of on site team.
