R&D Centre was conceived as a centre of excellence of International standards, for carrying out applied researchThis centre which extends in to 60,000 sq foot area integrates various in-house R&D efforts and focuses mainly on reproductive health and contains various branches such as contraceptive research, medical devices, natural products, polymer science, synthetic chemistry, novel drug delivery, diagnostics and pharma formulations. This centre hosts an incubation facility (class 10,000 clean room) to achieve a fast turnaround time for introducing product developed at R&D facility or obtained from elsewhere into pilot level for clinical evaluation and for test marketing.
