DeVaughn L. Robinson, Esq. is the Owner/Managing attorney at The Robinson Law Firm, PLLC. DeVaughn is an active member of the Arizona State Bar and New Mexico State Bar. While in law school DeVaughn participated in 1st Year Moot Court Competition that resulted in 5th Place Respondent Team win. DeVaughn received a BA in Communication from Edinboro University of PA in 1998. As an Intercultural Diplomat, DeVaughn won the 1996 Ebony Excellence Award for Academic, 1996 & 1997 Ebony Excellence Award for Leadership, 1997 Anna F. Filey Study Abroad Scholarship to England, Oxford University. He was also the recipient of the 1998 Ambassador Study Abroad Scholarship, University of Zibo, China, Shangdong Province.He currently represent the Betters Law Firm, LLP as Local Counsel in New Mexico to review real estate deeds. In April 2014, DeVaughn accepted a 4-month contract to represent The AR Group, LLP, as one of its Consultant Attorneys. He was also retained as Local Counsel by Law Offices of Thomas, Kerns & McKnight in 2014 to handle consumer rights cases for New Mexico. In July 2014, DeVaughn was retained as an Associate Attorney at US Legal Club (formerly the Berges Law Group, P.A.) to handle their debt related cases filed in New Mexico. In January 2015, DeVaughn was retained as Of-Counsel at AmeriTrust Law Group, LLC to assist with New Mexico Mortgage Foreclosure. In March 2015, DeVaughn was retained by Law Offices of Robert S. Gitmeid & Assoc., PLLC to assist with New Mexico clients involved in consumer-related proceedings. In October 2015, DeVaughn was retained by E.M.A. Law Firm as "Of Counsel" to provide legal services and advice related to Mortgage Modification, Foreclosure Defense, and/or Debt Resolution. DeVaughn has also obtained 3 additional contracts with Family Court Direct, Home Law Solutions and Citizens Disability. In 2016, DeVaughn is committed to building his Immigration Law practice.
