I am currently an Associate at AZB & Partners, Mumbai. I have gained comprehensive experience across diverse practice areas through my Articled Clerkship for the Solicitor's examination. I’ve spent a year each in the Real Estate, Banking & Finance, and Dispute Resolution teams, developing a strong foundation in these practice areas.In the Dispute Resolution team, I had the opportunity to assist in several high-stakes matters before the Bombay High Court and various tribunals, including the NCLT and SAT. My time in the Banking & Finance team involved active participation in a variety of financing transactions and providing advisory support to financial institutions. During my tenure with the Real Estate team, I contributed to numerous land and property due diligences, corporate due diligences, and was also involved in drafting various agreements and other documents.Outside of law, I’m deeply interested in technology and I enjoy staying updated on the latest tech trends and innovations.
