Helping hotels drive commercial strategies to deal with the the changing environment with a firm eye on the bottomline.

Drive organic growth of existing portfolio of hotels across Asia to support inorganic growth in Asia, driving sales and marketing through data analysis to improve yield and owner returns

Responsible for Revenue Management and Distribution Strategies for the group hotels and resorts, focusing on Revpar, ADR and Occupancies, Competitor Intelligence tools, Distribution channels, Segment Strategies and guiding the hotels by providing strategic and tactical input to the Sales and Marketing teams at the corporate office and hotels and minor operating departments like F&B, Spa etc.

In addition to my Regional Revenue management role, I was tasked to develop Franchise Management to help the partner hotels in Quality Assurance, distribution and loyalty programs to drive growth of the portfolio of hotels.

Responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring initiatives with the objective to maximize long term revenue and profitability for the hotels (Chain-wide) across all revenue generating departments including Sales and Marketing, Rooms, Catering and Food and Beverage departments. Launch of Automated RM Solution in the region. Work with the Development team on PARs and feasibility reports for new and existing deals, including working with owners and owner reps.Closely working with new hotels and need hotels to drive strategy and implementation across functions to help the unit teams to succeed in a competitive landscape.
