My current role is Quality Assurance Trainee Engineer in an automotive parts manufacturing industry. I'm responsible for the Internal rejections reduction, 8D analysis, monitoring CAPA, conducting daily quality meeting, analysis of customer complaints & internal quality problem and corrective action, SPC studies, initiating continual improvement/ poke-yoke/ kaizen/ preventive action, preparing monthly rejection trend. Also involved in product inspection and set up approval activities. Previously I was the executive assistant to the director in an engineering export company, was involved in procurement and new supplier development activities. Won appreciation for developing new suppliers and product cost reduction.
