Give accurate and timely counsel to management in a variety of legal topics (labor law, Company Law, Land law etc.)Collect information from different department & Collaborate with management to devise efficient defense strategies for legal matters.Responsible company property, land related issues, like Title clearance, 7/12 extract, NOC from MIDC, GIDC, Permission from Government officials Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations.Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rightsCommunicate and negotiate with external parties for amicable settlement in respect monetary issue. Provide to management clarification, interpretation on legal language, different ACT& Amendments or specifications to everyone in the organization.Prepare the appropriate legal documents for trial or court proceedings. Represent the company in legal proceedings.

• Drafting, vetting and redlining of legal documents including Services Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreement, Vendor Agreement, Sale & Purchase Agreement, Leave and Licence Agreements, Inter Company Agreements and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights.• Attending contract negotiations with the company client/vendors and other parties and Structure, draft and review reports and other legal documents as per the company’s requirement.

● Attending/ daily Court proceedings /Arbitration Proceedings and appearing, Lok-adalat, attending mediation proceedings, attending counselling proceeding before labour commissioner, obtaining summons and ensuring effective service, file necessary application, taking adjournment mentioning the matter related thereto. ● Assist Drafting and conveyancing, Preparing Affidavits, legal replies, and filings, preparing written statement, finalizing all legal documents, taking adjournments, maintaining diaries.● Communication with client and correspondence (BMC, MHADA, SEBI etc.) as needed to do preparations for trials in court, etc.● Drafting of commercial documents like Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), Commercial Agreements, Leave and License Agreements etc.● Preparing & monitoring the board & every week schedule of High Court & others court.
