Processing Salary of 2500 EmployeesPreparation of Full & Final Settlement.Preparation of Bank files & reports.Preparing Salary MIS Dept wise for costing purpose.Computing leaves for all employees on monthly basisMaintaining Attendance, leave and Bonus Register.Conducting the Exit Interview.StatutoryPreparing Reports ( PF, ESIC, P. TAX)Comply PF, ESIC and PT formalities for all the EmployeesCo-ordination with the PF & ESIC consultant.
