Developed a 24V, 7 Watt off-line regulator specifically tailored for a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) module, ensuring optimal power supply performance and reliability.Conducted a comprehensive redesign of analog input/output modules, focusing on enhancing accuracy to meet the stringent requirements of precision in industrial applications.Implemented redesigns across various boards to align with CISPER 11 Class B standards for both radiated and conducted emissions. This involved meticulous adjustments to minimize electromagnetic interference, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.Engineered an Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) filter in accordance with IEC 61000 4-4 (EFT) standards. As an Embedded Engineer, my responsibilities involved leading mission critical projects to deployment with strict deadlines.
