Successfully passed the thermal tests for the machine or system at full load.- Design and testing of air core reactors using active and passive thermal management cooling methods.- Provided technical assistance for in house super-conducting 2 MW electric generator projects which require numerical analysis using cryogenic cooling. - Led the thermal team across multiple geo locations and supervised their progress for CFD analysis.

- Principal and Co-Principal Investigator of SBIR Phase I & II programs funded by US Department of Energy, in the cutting edge R&D area of nanofluids for thermal management of high power electronics. Led a team of 2 engineers and 2 technicians from inception to completion of the programs. Major roles in these projects were providing technical leadership, resource allocation, schedule management, financial planning, customer and supplier interaction and regular reporting to higher management as well as customers.- Technical lead and a team member for multiple research programs funded by US government agencies such as NASA, AFRL and NSF. The technologies involved in these projects were development of fast response fabric test set up to calibrate numerical analysis, thermal management of electronics box for fighter planes using active and passive cooling such as phase change material, advanced cooling via heat pipes, thermoelectric cooling or forced convection, advanced vapor compression loop for Lunar application and two phase capillary loop for combat vehicles.- Duties involved in various projects were analytical analysis of the thermodynamic loops, numerical analysis using CFD codes, prototype design, fabrication and experimental testing.- Write technical proposals (Phase I & II) to US government agencies to extend company future technology capability.
