As Director of Interoperability, I am responsible for taking our current InterOperability and Integration offerings to the next level.It includes Process Improvement in Delivery and Engineering of the solutions.Reporting into VP of Interoperability, I am responsible for Development of new Integration capabilities and Redesign of existing solution to be more scalable and maintainable.Working closely with VP of Engineering to align with overall engineering strategy for our multiple product solutions.Working with Engineering, Customer Success, Product and Implementation team to create a Product Roadmap for InterOperability which aligns with New Features, products and requirements received from in-house stakeholders and Customers.Responsible InterOperability Vendor management from Development and Maintenance Aspect.Responsible to innovate ideas and solution to bring down Implementation time and complexities.Responsible for carving career growth of the team by creating clear Career Progression path for the team depending on their role.Creating clear and simple training plan and process for any new hires in the InterOp team

As Manager of Integration Services, my responsibilities include but not limited to :1. Scoping out prospective Integrations with Health Systems like EHR/PM.2. Establishing integration based on structure of the EHR/PM.3. Working with Vendors and/or EHR technical team to integrate various products of Radix with source system4. Conducting post development testing and UAT as and if required with Customer.5. Supporting post-go-live support for any new Integration.6. Maintaining existing integrations and keeping them up to standard as per changes in EHR/PM structure and Radix product changes.7. Optimizing performances of product from Integration perspective.8. Requirement gathering for any nee feature requests which include integration work.9. Developing new integration features as per customer and product requirement.10. Working closely with Product development team for any new product development as a Domain expert.
