I am responsible for seat development which include study of SOR (Statement of requirement), creation of 3D proposal to suite above requirements, creation of prototype, creation of Bill of material for initial signoff, review development progress, create DVP, Co-ordinate with homologation (ARAI) & Validation, resolve testing issue, PLM, Release ECN. And support plant with any engineering support they require.

(acc, rotary encoder, etc)• Durability and fatigue testing.• Seat belt anchorage testing, Energy dissipation performance testing.• Passenger Airbag Testing.• Keeping track record of Calibration of instruments.
