As a legal intern at a personal injury law firm, I’ve gained hands-on experience in supporting attorneys throughout the litigation process. My responsibilities have included conducting in-depth legal research to strengthen case strategies and drafting key legal documents, such as demand letters and motions. I’ve attended depositions, taking detailed notes to capture essential case details, and I’ve worked extensively with discovery materials, organizing and analyzing them to uncover critical information. I’ve also summarized medical records, prepared trial exhibits, and helped maintain organized case files. This experience has given me valuable insight into personal injury law and honed my legal skills in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

As the Vice President of the Latino Law Student Association I handle many of the organizations administrative responsibilities such as: obtaining funding, ensuring compliance with school policies, event planning/organization, and recruiting members. I reach out to members of our profession and arrange opportunities for our members. I assist in planning the annual community service project as required by the school.
