Having finished a software development bootcamp with CodeInstitute and Coleg Gwent, I am now fully prepared to transition into a technological career. I learned a multitude of core development languages and I'm currently in the process of acquiring more knowledge with new languages to enhance my stack. I've always been a fast learner and a quick thinker, enabling me to acquire new skills and apply them efficiently. I thrive on providing and working with excellent communication as a team, working towards goals and deadlines using principles from the Agile development methodology in order to progress towards a fully completed project. I regard myself as a critical thinker and excellent problem solver, giving me the ideal mindset to tackle challenges and eliminate pesky bugs from code!I have always been mindful of my work by ensuring the adherence of clean, semantic code and following the rule of 'DRY' (Don't Repeat Yourself). By following these conventions, my work is consistently readable to future developers who read through my code base, ultimately streamlining the proficiency and performance of an Agile team. I am familiar and comfortable with using the CLI working with version control and Git commands.So far, I am proficient in the following technologies, frameworks, and libraries: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Python, Django, PostgreSQL, React.js, GitHaving taught myself to code since August 2022, I have developed a programmatically thinking mind which enables me to learn new technologies and languages both quickly and efficiently. I am currently interested in learning such technologies as Java, C#, PHP, Ruby, Redux, jQuery, and Angular, to name a few. I have been instilled with a newfound hunger and desire for knowledge to improve my performance both as an individual and as part of a team.I am eagerly seeking an opportunity for me to begin my software development career which will allow me to both apply and enhance my newfound skills and knowledge. I'm both excited and determined to work as part of a team and create aesthetic applications.
