I am in the field of of IT industry from second half of 2017. The initial journey for me was not so smooth. I have gone through many hardels during my professional period and that makes me stong mentally to my work under extreme pressure. At the initial stage I was not so technically sounded and thats why I have faced many issues but everything becomes a techer for me and guided me to the right path.As day's passed and things become easier to me and also knowledge become inprove after years of work. After one anf half years of working over one company it's finally came that day when I prepared myself for new chanllenges and switched from there. My last company had a small setup and now it's a great change for me cause the next one is privated limited company and the employee strength over 150's. I had meet up with new people and it's time to be work as a part of a team.New goals encourage me always. It's time to play as part of team (Wordpress Team DAPL). I am vary happy that the team members are truely helpfull and they give me my space to work with them as a friend. Also our Tech Lead and my Reporting Manager is also helpfull for a new guy. And in the same way days become passed and I had continued my learning. And at the mean time like whole world our country becomes affected by COVID-19 and we have started to work from our home. As I can remember the intial days for "Work from home" was not so smooth. But as you know things become change with time and also being havituated with the work enviornment. In this situation we have gone through many up's and down's.But at least now a day's covid is under control and things are opening again .As a part of this our company becomes opens it's building and asked us to peroform out work from office. We are doing same for 3-4 months. But currently I am facing another issue as my parents become old and they are physically not wel as they need my support. So I have decided to to perform my work from home permanently. So I became prepare for that and also searching for the same. Here I would like to mention that I am from Phylia a small town and my office is in Saltlake Sector V which is arround over 100km distance from my home town. So it's not possible for me to perform Daily Passangery.
