I worked as a Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager to deliver a variety of software projects. I had line management responsibility of a team 9 comprising of developers, testers and business analysts. Using lean, Kanban and Agile software development practices we delivered a number of successful software projects. I was responsible for the technical leadership, coaching and mentoring of the team. As a team we delivered a cutting edge digital marketing platform across the MoneySuperMarket Group. I was responsible for the introduction of a Tag Management System and integration of a digital marketing technology stack for PPC, SEO, RTB display and attribution management. I wrote a set of monitoring scripts to ensure the system was operational 24x7, introduced Node.js into the business to capture digital marketing data.

In each team I work I work in whatever role necessary to deliver software from business analyst to project manager.I was the Technical Lead on a team of 10 delivering a new Package Holidays site for TravelSuperMarket. I was responsible for the introduction and development of a new aggregation platform. I designed and implemented a Continuous Delivery Pipeline in Go to automate the delivery of code into live environments and structured the codebase, unit, and acceptance tests to maximise build times and productivity.I helped introduce a new business Local Daily Deals into MoneySuperMarket. I worked with the developer of Local Daily Deals to introduce a set of robust build scripts and deployment pipelines automating the delivery of the product into live. I worked on a set of automated tests to smoke test the deployment and rollback in the event of failure.I was Technical Lead on a re-design of the MoneySuperMarket homepage. I worked in a team of 5 to deliver a set of re-usable content managed components allowing the business to publish changes to the homepage.I was Technical Lead on paaleads.com (a subsidiary business of MoneySuperMarket). I worked in a team of 10 helping to deliver a new Lead Management System. I was responsible for the introduction of Unit Testing into the codebase leading to an increase in quality.
