I was from the Pilot batch which worked on the Dell Technical Support. I was very fortunate to have worked closely with the leading management team at SpectramindDeepak was responsible for generating reports for calls handled for DELL Technical Process.Maintained the database for induction / attrition of the agents.He improvised and used Tools to improve the Reporting using MS-Access.Deepak was earlier in the profile of Technical Support Associate, where he used to troubleshoot technical/ non technical issues on DELL desktops.
