I am responsible for making drinks and serving bar guest. I am also responsible for my cash drawer, where I cash out guest and servers. When cashing out servers I am responsible for verifying that all cash, credit cards, and coupons are correct and turned into the restaurant. I am the certified trainer for our bar. This means that I am responsible for training all new bartenders. In addition, this title requires me to ensure that all bartenders are aware of and adhere to all of the standards and rules that are in place.

I worked as a cashier and a server. Since this was a smaller restaurant at times we needed to assume more responsibility than just what our job titled entailed. This job taught me to be an efficient multitasker and how important it was to be a team player. When I worked here I was responsible for maintaining my cash drawer and processing all customer payments, I answered the phone and took to go orders, and I took and distributed orders in the restaruant.
