As an Associate with the Advisory Team, I focus on various corporate transactions and advisory services, including M&A, venture capital, and fund formation. My job is to help clients with complex transactions and ensure compliance.• Corporate Transactions: Conduct due diligence, financial analysis, and risk assessments.• Private Equity: Structure and execute deals, manage portfolios, and identify investment opportunities.• Venture Capital: Evaluate startups, conduct market research, and advise on deal structuring.• Independent Sponsor: Support deal sourcing, fundraising, and investment strategies.• Fund Formation: Assist in forming and structuring investment funds, ensuring regulatory compliance.• Commercial Transactions: Advise on contracts, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.• Entity Formation: Guide entity formation, select business structures and draft foundational documents.• M&A: Support M&A activities and conduct due diligence, and financial modeling.• Intellectual Property: Filing trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.

Assisting in the development and execution of new name, image and likeness laws in affect for the state of Florida and the University of Miami. As an intern I support the Hurricanes’ name, image and likeness efforts through monitoring, student-athlete communication, social analyzation, licensing, logo rights and usage and other projects through Miami’s NIL partner Opendorse.
