As a recent graduate from the University of North Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance, I've honed my team leadership and sales skills in real-time environments. My current roles as a Sales Associate at Urban Outfitters and Door Staff at Tavern Bar have solidified my competencies in customer service, conflict resolution, and merchandising. During my time at the University of North Florida, I was involved in a multitude of leadership roles; these include President of Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Inc., Vice President of Academics and Standards for the UNF Chapter the National Pan-hellenic Council, and Historian of the Black Student Union.Our team excels in creating a welcoming shopping experience and a secure nightlife environment, thanks to our collaborative efforts and my leadership.
