Customer Service Executive
Current- Manage Foreign Exchange Operations in Retail & Wholesale as per statute and RBI Guidelines
- Driving Sales number from the branch counter.
- Assist the Ezremit, Money gram Agents & BFC Forex branches in investigating and resolving payment related queries.
- Updating stock and cash registers on a daily basis, tallying of the day-to-day balances of Foreign Currencies and Indian Rupees.
- Identify ways of improving customer service and recommend them to Customer Service Manager.
- Resolving customer queries and complaints ensuring the best in class customer service regarding customer queries.
