Customer Service Executive
Current• Manage Foreign Exchange Operations in Retail & Wholesale as per statute and RBI Guidelines • Driving Sales number from the branch counter.• Assist the Ezremit, Money gram Agents & BFC Forex branches in investigating and resolving payment related queries. • Updating stock and cash registers on a daily basis, tallying of the day-to-day balances of Foreign Currencies and Indian Rupees.• Identify ways of improving customer service and recommend them to Customer Service Manager.• Resolving customer queries and complaints ensuring the best in class customer service regarding customer queries. • Participating in sales promotion activities in the residential and corporate belts.• Maintain checks and controls as per internal / external guidelines.• Maintain all registers, records, documentation and timely completion of activity as per guidelines • Business Focused; Support branch head to achieve sales target of the branch.
