- Qualified as a Chartered Accountant in May 2006.- Certified of DIP IFRS from ACCA England in June, 2017. - Successfully lead the implementation of SAP in Anjani Foods, Microsoft Navision ERP Visage Beauty & Health Care Pvt. ltd. & CBO( ERP) in Multani Pharmaceuticals Limited & - Implemented the compliance portal for Varun Beverages Ltd. To mitigate the risk of non compliance penalties - Presently, I serve as the Chief Financial Officer at Anjani Foods & Beverages, LDA, a prominent beverage company located in Angola, Africa. In this capacity, I oversee all financial and accounting operations, implementing stringent financial controls and standard operating procedures (SOPs) within the organization- I held the position of General Manager Commercial at Varun Beverages Ltd., Nuh Plant, from March 2020 to September 2023. During this period, I led various commercial activities, overseeing functions such as shipping, store management, local procurement, accounts and finance, management information systems (MIS), and taxation. - Until March 2020, I served as the Head of Finance & Accounts at Visage Beauty & Health Pvt. Ltd. During my tenure, I managed all functions related to finance, addressed audit and compliance issues, established a comprehensive Management Information System (MIS) and monitored the company's budget, expenses, cash flow, and other finance-related activities. Planning for the production run on the basis of the sale forecast , current trends & availability of the FG & RM PM. - Worked with Multani Pharmaceuticals limited as Chief Manager Finance & Accounts in Multani Pharmaceuticals for almost 5 years, manager all account & finance related activity there, handled all audit & compliance related issued & had set up full MIS report system for the company & Making monitoring Budget of the company, expense monitoring, cash flow & other finance related activities. Had co-ordinate with credit rating agency for rating of the company.- I served as the Finance and Accounts Manager at Efacec India Private Limited for 2 years and 1 month. In this role, I managed various financial aspects, including finance, accounting, audit, FEMA/RBI compliance, and taxation for the company. I was responsible for creating and overseeing budgets, as well as ensuring their control and management. I was also handled demerger there.
