- Qualified as a Chartered Accountant in May 2006.- Certified of DIP IFRS from ACCA England in June, 2017. - Successfully lead the implementation of SAP in Anjani Foods, Microsoft Navision ERP Visage Beauty & Health Care Pvt. ltd. & CBO( ERP) in Multani Pharmaceuticals Limited & - Implemented the compliance portal for Varun Beverages Ltd. In this capacity, I oversee all financial and accounting operations, implementing stringent financial controls and standard operating procedures (SOPs) within the organization- I held the position of General Manager Commercial at Varun Beverages Ltd., Nuh Plant, from March 2020 to September 2023. During this period, I led various commercial activities, overseeing functions such as shipping, store management, local procurement, accounts and finance, management information systems (MIS), and taxation. - Until March 2020, I served as the Head of Finance & Accounts at Visage Beauty & Health Pvt. In this role, I managed various financial aspects, including finance, accounting, audit, FEMA/RBI compliance, and taxation for the company. I was responsible for creating and overseeing budgets, as well as ensuring their control and management. I was also handled demerger there.
