 Understand Process requirement on the basis of new updates and conduct Process Trainings/ Refresher. To Prepare Weekly Aging Report for the Team and enable them to understand the monthly and Quarterly Targets. Providing periodic and constant feedback to agents on both the achievements and areas of improvement. Maintain weekly tracker to provide Visual Representation of Cash Collected and Current Targets for Individual and Genpact team. Conducting internal audits and sharing client feedback with the team to keep them posted with the latest updates. Prepare weekly AR Pitch and share with Client representing the performance of Offshore and onshore Team(s). Participate in weekly Client Interactions via conference calls/Web-meetings and ensure effective representation of offshore team(s) by actively drawing client attention to areas where their support / guidance is required.
