Follow up each interaction by promptly documenting & sharing the information discussed and / or received from the client and then would share it with the Operations and Quality teams. Performing performance analysis for the process & team; creating various improvement strategies, status reports, publish dashboards etc.Worked on below tools: MS Office Professional – Excel, Power Point and Word ERP Database (ProdERP, GL PROD) Finance Tool Business Research – U.S healthcare Industry (Google and other Websites) Reporting Tools: Cognos 8, GetPaid 7i.6, EOM, Siebel, GECARS and Mainframe. Technical Documentation and SOP writing.
