• Experienced with a full cycle of staffing services, such as finding candidates through different sourcing techniques, Screening of resumes, Interviews, and Salary/Rate negotiations.• Working closely with Account managers.• Involved in the recruiting for Permanent, Contract to Hire and Contract Positions.• Filter and review the complete candidate profile/resume and evaluate the applicant’s work history, education and training, job skills, desired salary/hourly rate, and personal qualifications against open requirements. • Understanding Client’s needs and Job Description and specifications.• Writing Queries on Job Boards as per required skills to get perfectly matched resumes.• Screen Consultants before submission to check their Communication Skills, Experience, Skills required, and Responsibilities at Previous / Current Job, Availability, and Interest for the present requirement.• Searching resources on Job Boards like Monster, Dice, Techfetch, etc.• Negotiate rates with Consultants and Employers.

• Sourcing/Searching for potential consultants who have strong technical skills.• Screening their resume as per client requirements.• Searching resumes through different job portals like Monster, Dice, and Techfecth.• Mailing to the consultants from the internal office database.• Recruiting different visa status like us Citizen, Green card, TN, EAD, H1B.• Negotiating salary as per hourly accordingly requirement.• Schedule interviews as per client in different time zones.• Discuss with consultants about their pay terms like crop 2corp, W2, and 1099.• Maintain and develop employee relationships with a wide range of Vendors from the US and India.• Placing the consultants for contract, Full time, and Long term. Arrangement of Phone and face-to-face Interviews with clients.
