In my role as an Assistant Accountant at a Home Appliance Company in Himachal Pradesh, India from November 2022 to August 2023, I played a pivotal role in the company's financial operations. This involved the meticulous preparation of E-Invoices on SAP and verification processes, as well as the generation of advance shipping notices (ASN) in strict accordance with customer invoices. I was responsible for the creation of debit and credit notes within the SAP system and their timely distribution to the relevant parties. Ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial documents with applicable laws was a fundamental part of my responsibilities. I contributed to the provision of precise, timely, and meaningful financial information, while also safeguarding sensitive company data in a confidential manner. In my capacity as a professional in the realm of finance and accounting, I have gained substantial experience in various critical functions. Working primarily with Tally, I have been responsible for the precise preparation of tax invoices, adhering meticulously to dispatch instructions and purchase orders. Additionally, I have taken charge of generating E-way bills in accordance with these invoices. Handling the financial side of transactions, I've also been tasked with creating debit and credit notes on Tally and ensuring their timely dissemination to the concerned parties, strictly following instructions. A significant part of my role has involved the systematic organization and archival of sales and purchase invoices, coupled with all relevant documents, in meticulously maintained files. These records serve as a valuable resource for prompt reporting to relevant personnel.Furthermore, I've been instrumental in maintaining the financial health of the company, specifically in balancing the accounts payable and accounts receivable, diligently adhering to the company's policies. I've also undertaken the critical responsibility of maintaining the company's bank accounts, keeping them consistently updated and meticulously recording all corresponding documents to ensure financial accuracy and transparency.
