 Planning, directing, controlling & coordinating transportation activities in an efficient manner. Implement service quality improvement plan, analyze service reports. Responsible for reducing expenditure in branch activities. Monitoring on reports such as Pre-alert, Prosperity (Day wise). Quality checking of consignment before smarting the data in system. Participate in other project related activities as applicable. Help to maintain and update all the systems and SOPs in the department.
