Financial Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range strategic plans.Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, variance analysis, and performance tracking to identify key trends, opportunities, and risks.Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.Business Partnering: Partner closely with business teams to provide insights and analytical support.Cost Management: Monitor and analyze costs, expenses, and resource allocations to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings.Forecasting and Modelling: Create and maintain detailed financial models to support forecasting, and scenario analysis.Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance financial planning and analysis processes, tools, and systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness.Ad-Hoc Analysis: Undertake special projects and ad-hoc analysis as required by senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations.Evaluate profitability by performing Gross Margin analysis, Operating profit analysis, Net Profit Analysis.Manage month-end closing, analyze, and prepare financial statements, including balance sheets and statements of financial position.Compliance management and Internal Audit periodically to ensure all the transactions done as per the company policies and guidelines.Prepare and present monthly decks i.e., Inventory levels, Strict net working capital status, Operating cash flow, cash conversion cycles, highlight potential risk and opportunities.Perform working capital management with daily fund monitoring, forecast of cash inflow & outflow on monthly basis.Assist in conducting Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, Cost Audit, Tax Audit etc. & Work closely with the internal and statutory auditors (E & Y).

Monthly Closure of books and ensuring correct provisions made at the month-end closing.Preparing and maintaining statutory books of accounts along with day-to-day activities like P/L & balance sheet.Handling payables including scrutiny of vendor bills, monitoring of actual expenses.Handling Cash flow requirement of the organization on monthly basis.Filing of TDS Return, Services Tax return and preparation of Sales Tax, Service Tax, TDS, reconciliations.Preparation of Audit Schedules involved statutory Audit as well as Internal Audits.Maintaining Fixed asset Register on monthly basis & conduct physical verification of assets.
