The objective of the project was to examine whether the operations of two warehouses of Radley+Co could be consolidated into one which required:•Planning base of future warehouse activity (based on Radley's business plan).•Review of alternative approaches to accommodate the combined operations onto one site (e.g. equipment changes, building extension, etc).•High-level cost benefit analysis (taking into account rental costs, equipment costs, staff costs, transport costs, etc – based on cost estimates supplied by Radley and alternatives supplied by student group).•Sensitivity analysis based on varying future business scenarios.
