Operation and Maintenance of Telecom repeater stations. • Installation and Maintenance of infrastructure Electrical equipments like PIU, DG set, Stabilizers, SMPS, Battery banks, ACs (Split, Industrial, PAC’s), Routers, SDH and DWDM Multiplexers of various makes (Tejas, ZTE, Fiber Home and Huawei). • Installation, commissioning and acceptance test of infrastructure equipment’s like Battery Bank 48V, 500-1500AH (Amara Raja, HBL, Exide), PIU 10-15kVA (Synergy, ACME), Stabilisers 440-230V (Eltech, Elmech, Everon), DG set 10-20kVA (Kirloskar, Mahindra), DCPS 48V, 12A-600A (Amara Raja, Eltek, Delta, Exicom, BSMC), ACs 1Ton to 5 Ton (Hitachi, GEA, Voltas, Carrier) etc. • Troubleshooting and rectification activities of Power Distribution systems like Transformers, HT/LT Systems, DG set, SMPS/DCPS, PIU, AMF, SVS etc. • Coordinating with vendors for new procurements, breakdown calls and for periodic preventive maintenance activities of DG set, Industrial, Split ACs and PACs. • To collect data from repeater Technicians for preparation of Daily and Monthly reports in monitoring the healthiness and reliability of the system. • Site surveying for Installation & Commissioning of equipment’s (Control Panels & other field equipment’s). • Inventory maintenance and Material Handling. • Escalation of Active and History alarms in support of NOC teams, repeater Auditing, Fire Safety. • Fault handling and escalation • Supporting on-site installations and further activities like Site Acceptance Test and Factory Acceptance Test for the machinery to be installed. • Electrical wiring, cable sizing, routing (Low Voltage/High Voltage) and product selection. • Necessary Documentation works as per the requirements of the management. • Visiting local Customers sites and also to BTS repeaters (out of station) for fault rectification works by communicating with the NOC team, vendors and also with the higher management.
