Analytical development Manager-Complex injectablesResponsible for the end to end delivery of Solid orals, Complex Injectable (Liposomes, emulsion, suspension, Microsphares, nano emulsions) Iron Complex, Peptides Injectable Formulation, Inhalation and nebulizers:(Analytical Research and development)● Expertise in end to end delivery of the pharmaceutical products of all dosage form (Complex Injectables, Injectables, Solid orals, (IR and Extended release), Inhalation nebulizer (Suspension and Solution).● Expertise in complete characterisation of Iron Complex (PSC, Maltose and Sucrose) with respect to their physiochemical properties, Core, Size and other properties as per FDA draft guidance.● Rich experience in complete characterisation of peptides injectable formulations in lieu to the current FDA guidance with respect to establishing safeness and non immunogenicity in comparison for recombinant origin peptides. Expertise in establishing orthogonal approach in understanding the impurities in peptide injectable formulations. Clear understanding for execution of comparability study with respect to fusion or aggregation of peptides, higher order structures, amino acid sequencing and composition.● Hands on experience on characterization of inhalation suspensions and solution with respect to FDA guidance. Evaluation of polymeric form and morphological attributes in inhalation suspension and estimation of droplet size distribution.● Successfully handled many Q1/Q2 injectable products at lightning speed.
