I am currently pursuing PGDM IB program at MDI Gurgaon & ESCP Business school.As a Schindler scholar, I pursued my Bachelor's degree at COEP, leaving a lasting impact as the Co- founder of the institute's Fencing Club. Alongside academics, I embraced diverse roles, including Public Relationship Coordinator at the Pune Start-up Fest, where I engaged with angel investors and facilitated connections.During my college days, I also played a pivotal role as a social media manager for a start-up name Sport Zeal System, managing client accounts and spearheading targeted advertising and promotions on platforms like Facebook and Instagram.My corporate journey commenced with an internship at Bajaj Auto, providing me invaluable insights into sales and after-sales domains. This experience laid the foundation for my current role as an Executive CESP at Hero MotoCorp. Here, I am dedicated to driving revenue growth through strategic business expansion initiatives. I also look after social media and call centre team at HMCL for after sales division.A notable achievement of mine was developing the training program and leading the nationwide implementation of Relationship Managers at Hero MotoCorp, integrating digital customer profiling. This initiative not only enhanced Hero's reputation as a premium brand but also forged a strategic partnership with Harley Davidson. Additionally, I developed the Customer Service Index to evaluate dealer based on SOP and Attributes. Dealer incentives is also associated with the same, it will be indicator of lead and lag parameters of Channel Partner.I have had the privilege of traveling to 17 cities across five zones in India, deepening my understanding of diverse markets and sales strategies. Also, worked as overall coordinator for Annual Business Meet 2024, ensuring seamless execution.Beyond my professional endeavors, I place great value on cultivating relationships. With a natural affinity for social interactions, I effortlessly connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds, fostering enduring connections. Outside of work, my interests span freelance photography—where I actively maintain an Instagram page—solo snow treks, and volleyball.
