• Spearheading efforts as KAM – Services Companies and Offices(SCO) and acquiring new corporate clients and retention of existing customer in Delhi NCR• Develop new accounts across different industries verticals (Key Corporate, SMES, Hospitals, Educational Institutions, Embassies & Govt Dept.).• Cultivate and maintain favorable contact with corporate accounts of the organization for the sale of products and services in assigned area or territory by maintaining coordination with all the Administrative heads / HR Heads/Facility Manager/Marketing for annual business contract/adhoc buying by understanding requirements, effective presentation and continuous follow-up for closing.• Identifying the competitor’s strengths & weaknesses in terms of service, pricing strategy, and product quality and trying to counter with appropriate strategy; ensuring operational efficiency and committed deliverable to the customer.• Conducting extensive sales data analysis for better strategy.• Responsible for Accounts Receivables of Key Accounts
