-Handling team of Business Development Executives and guide them and help them improve their sales.-Manage end to end client relationship including pitching, contracting, billing / invoicing, revenue generation,get them on our application and query handling.-Identify new trends & opportunities in the market, understand the problems with existing merchants and work closely with the team to resolve them. -Work with marketing Department and help in implementation of hyperlocal activities with the sales team.-Work closely with City Head on competition analysis, strategy & planning.-Responsible to drive the business through advertising revenue stream and Signing different merchants for the company.-Used to maintain the sales and client report and was involved in retention of key clients and acquiring new merchants.-Effectively search prospective clients, generate sales leads.-Train Restaurants staff to ensure a smooth delivery operation.-Overcome client resistance/objections to products and educate them about the current operational processes. -Effectively communicate functional details and client requirements to operations teams. Regularly update about any change in the operational processes and also ensure to get update about any process change from client end.-Maintain accurate records of all contacts with clients.-Handling grievances of Restaurants, Meeting with restaurant owner's on regular interval, Key Accounts Management.
