Perform day to day operational activities like: - perform in-depth evaluation and analysis of potential fraud cases and requests for information using claims information and other sources of data.• Conduct independent investigations resulting from the discovery of situations that are suspected to involve fraud, waste, or abuse.• Monitoring real time transactions and bookings on company web portals (like Cheapoair, Onetravel etc.)• Research and analysis on Country, Itineraries, Travel and Pattern of Booking.• Coordination with Worldwide Banks, High end research on transactions.• Research on various website and consumer previous history, pattern of booking.• Personal verification and background check of the Customer chargeback and bank claims.• Deeply research on various supportive web-tools for verification.• Keeping close eyes on new fraud trends and fraud methods.• Follow-ups with Internal Team and Management, Making Daily reports Etc.

• Handling the fraud analysis work for the client JP Morgan Chase.• The Job is Target specific and requires lot of analysis.• Every day work requires Analysis of various types of Fraud patterns.• Managing user details through various applications to identify the Fraud.• Updating the notes on each application to close the cases properly for further references.• Reporting to the AM (Assistant Manager) for the targets at the end of the day.• Fraud analysts proactively monitor and review electronic account and transaction data for suspicious activity and possible fraud, We review, investigate and resolve irregular transactions reported by end users. They keep detailed records of suspicious activity, analyze trends.
