In this role, helping the Engineering and Operations team throughout the document flow, starting from creation of placeholder until hand over to Operations. Additionally, responsible as Global Administrator for OpenText xECM (Operations workspace, Integrated with SAP) and supporting the EDMS tool since it's blueprinting. Contributed in Design, Development, Testing & Deployment phases of the same and playing key role for ongoing enhancements. Working as techno-functional lead in integration of OpenText with other plant maintenance system applications such as Credo Soft, Parsable and Neptune mobile app.- Previously, supported to Rovuma LNG project (ExxonMobil) in various Document Management activities including EDMS (Aconex) Configuration, Contractor & Stakeholders Management, Vendor Documents, Workflows, Contracts and Trainings etc. (was deputed in Basingstoke, UK from Jul-19 to Oct-20)I’m adept with various Information management methodologies.
