• Preparation and filing of GSTR -1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-9/ 9C• Input Tax Credit Reconciliation between GSTR2A/2B and Books• Preparation and filing of GST refund under without payment of tax• Manage TDS compliance, including computation, payment, and filing of TDS returns (Form 26Q, 24Q, etc.), and issuance of quarterly TDS certificates (Form 16A).• Dealing with consultant for tax assessment and litigation matters.• Payment and return of PF, ESIC and Professional Tax• Managing STPI/SEZ compliance e.g. Softex, APR• Assist in preparation of TAR/Tax returns/ ITR-6• Filing of Form 3CD, 3CEB and other related forms of Tax Audit and Transfer Pricing• Assisting the senior manager in the Statutory Audit and Tax Audit• Ensure all month and year end activities are completed within the agreed time and of the highest quality• Assisting the senior manager for computation of UAE VAT return and refund• Assisting the senior manager for various compliance of USA entities e.g. Filing Annual report, Form 1099 and estimated tax payment (Federal/States)
