Current• Assists in preparation of monthly management report and accompanying schedules, worksheets and narratives including budget reports.• Preparing monthly closing entries.• Responsible for cash out flow.• Worked closely with the human resource department to ensure all time off requests and pay rates are correct within the payroll programs.• Liaise with auditors, Bankers and relevant statutory bodies on related matters.• Manage daily accounting and financial operation. • Responsible for preparation of full set of accounts • Verification and posting all accounting entries maintain timely and accurate input of information in the accounting system.• Production accounting by posting daily factory manufacturing reports into ERP system to find out cost of product, abnormal losses.• Inventory management by reviewing inventory after posting daily production reports.• Liaise with international suppliers for booking containers and negotiations on their quotations.• Liaise with bankers for FOREX rates while payment to international suppliers • Liaise with clearing and forwarding agents on arrival of containers.• Proper analysis of final cost of raw material after including clearing costs and costs to factory gate.• Variance analysis for Raw material costs.• Assists in international procurement, from negotiations to clearing of containers• Data Visualizations for sales and productions using POWER BI to management• Monitoring inventory over new customized web and android based inventory management application
